One of our backend hosting providers has announced that they need to perform an emergency maintenance, to correct faults identified by the root cause analysis following a firewall failure in their infrastructure.

This work is performed in order to ensure stability and quality.

During this window, we expect no interrupts in traffic.

Services included in this emergency maintenance window is: HAL, RAI, V3, login to editor

The mail provider informed us that the email this morning from 3 to 5 am, was undergoing Migration. Some email users may experience a empty inbox, this is a side effect right now of that. The email is still there and will be back

Sites - II/V5 502 Bad Gateway issues while accessing editor or preview links

We are currently experiencing issues with accessing editor and preview links which results in 502 Bad Gateway

We are working hard on a resolution, and we will keep you updated on the progress frequently.

While mitigating a DDoS attack on 22/3/2020, a rule was added that blocked some of the internal DNS lookups

This influenced 2.2% of the backend traffic for the past 12 hours, which corresponds to 0.8% of our total traffic.

A fix has been implemented and the rule was removed

We are currently experiencing SMTP issues

Some users may experience issues with outbound mail on Cluster B. Receiving the error Unable to send: (SMTP Error (554): Connection failed). Our operations team is investigating the issue.
