We are Currently experiencing issues with webmail

We are currently experiencing SMTP issues

Some users may experience issues with outbound mail on Cluster B. Receiving the error Unable to send: (SMTP Error (554): Connection failed). Our operations team is investigating the issue.

We will provide an update once we have additional information.

We are still experiencing SMTP issues

We are continuing to investigate this Cluster B outbound mail issue.

Client Impact: Users on Cluster B will face intermittent "SMTP - Connection to server failed" issues. Also, webmail will be slow in response while sending emails.

A temporary fix has been applied

A temporary fix has been applied to mitigate customer impact and we have confirmed this issue is not occurring currently. Service may become degraded again as Ops works to develop a permanent solution to resolve the issue.

We will provide an update once we have additional information.
